Frank Garten

Frank Garten (1970) is an independent speaker, consultant, trainer and coach, specialised in collaborating across differences. He helps companies across the world to improve their cross-cultural collaboration, and developed and promotes a practical perspective on DEI and Inclusive Leadership. Frank gained his experiences from engineering-, commercial- and leadership roles in the semiconductor industry. He enjoys unlocking different perspectives – even the unwelcomed ones – in his work with diverse teams across the world.
